Each piece is produced and released with intention. Due to the limited nature of our collections and inventory, all sales are final.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
To request a cancellation, please contact us at contact@metrosartwork.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once the 24-hour window has passed, orders are considered final and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
We take pride in the quality of every product we ship. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so our team can review and resolve the issue.
To submit a claim, email:

- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or another solution at our discretion.
Final Sale Policy
All products are considered final sale. We do not offer:
- Returns
- Exchanges
- Refunds on completed orders
- Refunds on sale items
- Refunds on gift cards
