Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at contact@metrosartwork.com. After 24 hours, orders are considered final and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
All purchases are subject to our Returns, Damages & Cancellation Policy.
We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or resale purposes.

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all purchases, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Metros Artwork is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, lost packages, or circumstances outside our control.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package passes to the customer.
SECTION 6 — RETURNS, DAMAGES & EXCHANGES
All sales are final.
We do not offer:
- Returns
- Exchanges
- Refunds on completed orders
- Refunds on sale items
- Refunds on gift cards
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@metrosartwork.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once reviewed, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or another resolution at our discretion.
